REACTIONS AND COMMENTS!
Did you know that Facebook reports almost 200 BILLION “Reactions” and over 20 BILLION comments per month on their posts worldwide??
Now, they may have a few more users than we do, but the impression that gives us is that people in general LOVE to comment on and react to things. They love to “Love”, they love to “Laugh” and they love to “WOW”. People also love to see how their message is being received, and the feedback is almost always immediate.
To keep ClassTag one of the best apps for teachers, this was something we wanted to get on board.

Feedback has always been an important part of communication, especially in teaching and learning. That’s one reason why we want to give parents the chance to provide teachers with feedback, in the form of comments and reactions for Announcements in the ClassTag app.
At ClassTag, our #1 goal has always been to be one of the best apps for teachers by helping you reach and engage with every parent. Comments and Reactions will make ClassTag more social and enjoyable for parents, making it easier for teachers to connect with them.
Plus, we’ve already gotten some amazing feedback from teachers about this feature, which they helped design:
For the time being, this fantastic new feature will only be available on Announcements, but stay tuned! It may be available on more post types in the future.
But I’m a Teacher, I love to stay in control!
Have no fear! Teachers will have the option to disable Commenting and Reactions on individual Announcements. So, if you’re posting something that you would rather not have parents react to, you can turn it off for that post, without affecting any others. The choice is yours!
